"Really friendly staff, quick appointment and vet and technicians listened and asked questions and seemed to really care. Cost was reasonable for an urgent care visit with a vet on the weekend, much better than an emergency clinic would have cost from previous experiences. Would recommend this clinic if your fur baby needs urgent attention and your vet isn't available."

"We took our 7 year old Great Dane in to UrgentVet in Parker - he sliced the webbing on one of his back paws, and my regular vet was closed. We were so very happy with our experience! Everything was clean and staff were welcoming. While my husband was driving, I used the "Save Your Spot" feature on their website, inputting all of our needed info. Once we got there, we used a kiosk to sign in and were greeted immediately and taken to a room. They even had a speaker playing mellow music which was nice. Lyn and Dr. Saunders were so friendly and helpful, explaining things as we went, walking us through our options. We were provided a written estimate without having to ask. They also sent an email to our regular vet without being prompted. The extra touches in the waiting room were a pleasant surprise - charging station for phones, snacks for humans, basket of tennis balls for the pups."

"Our dog developed a paw infection over a holiday weekend and needed care sooner than later. We found this place after being asked to wait three hours at another emergency vet office nearby. We loved how you can reserve an appointment online so you don’t have to wait. Once we arrived, we were immediately brought back to a room to be seen. The staff was very kind and sweet to our dog. Her issues were addressed promptly and we were provided with a quote of care before anything was done. Their prices were very reasonable. They called our vet the next morning to inform them of her care plan. We feel our dog got the best care here and in such an efficient way! We highly recommend."

"I brought my dog here for a swollen/ infected paw late Tuesday night and can’t recommend this place enough. As a pet parent, knowing my dog is getting such great care really makes all the difference. On top of great explanation of what was going to happen and experience, they had everything a nervous pet parent needed to distract themselves while waiting for their pet to come out from the back (coffee, drinks, snacks, tv, & phone chargers). My only issue is that they are not a regular vet clinic to take my dog to for all her checkups and needs, but am so glad they are open in Parker for when my pet ever needs them again."
