"Will no longer shop here. I walked with my dog to the shop in freezing weather. The doors were open but was told, "not open yet". That's fine, but it world have been decent on the part of the worker to at least let us in out of the cold, especially since we only had about 15 minutes. Plus, generally when you have the opportunity to look around for a while, you end up buying more. Now I'm no longer going to purchase products here anymore! Just received the company's response. I knew the hours. I looked it up online. It should have taken me 15 to 20 min. to get there by walking! I apologize for arriving a little too early. If you're worried about safety, why was the door open?! This is not how you treat potential customers! Small businesses used to be much better! So much for caring for others! Again, I found another supply company with better manners."
