I called the meat department; spoke to one of the employees n thank you for the meat n how proud I'm of them. I'm hoping the owner or the department manager will give me an opportun for me to have a picture taken with them."

"I recently moved to evergreen from Denver. It’s so refreshing to be able to go to a grocery store where the staff actually want to help you! Tanner at the meat counter was extremely helpful. But also the gentleman working the self checkout who is usually there was awesome also. The store is always clean and ALL the staff are always friendly and helpful. There is almost always someone in the produce department stocking things- and they are approachable and happy to help me find what I’m looking for. Toni and Kevin at checkout are always friendly and ask about my day. You don’t get customer service like this at most grocery stores. I’ve never encountered a single team member who isn’t friendly, happy to help, or in a bad mood. Kudos to the whole team, and the manager- they must be doing a good job to keep such a good team happy! It’s hard to hire a good staff these days, but this store has one, and they seem to stay on!"

"Their Just 4 U program is anything but. I frequently do not stop there to buy items needed since the Just 4 U does not discount items unless u have wasted much time on its website. A clerk there once mentioned that she was allergic to peanuts but kept getting her Just 4 U with specials on peanut butter - hardly Just 4 her! Automatically please give me the Just 4 U prices without so much work and wasted time."

"This Safeway has some of the best customer service around. As I get older it's nice to have a smiling face to help me with my money orders and my lottery tickets. I'm a neat freak and I also like that the store is very clean. Keep up the good work."
