"Incredible customer service and so friendly! Our group was visiting Evergreen for the weekend and ended up not being able to ski due to the amount of snow. They refunded us for our rentals since we weren’t able to use them and were so accommodating. Next time we’re back in town we will absolutely come back to use their rentals!"
"Evergreen is a small town but has a real treasure in Boone Mountain ski/sports shop. Staff has never been anything but professional, courteous, knowledgeable and welcoming. Add the available quality merchandise and it's understandable why they have such a loyal customer base, myself included. I recently had a ski boot issue and the matter was resolved more than satisfactorily. I feel they went above and beyond the norm in providing excellent service and look forward to doing business there again."

"This group of techs in the ski shop are great to work with. Not only do they know about matching the right gear but also know how to help you in other ways. They were able to size up my kids with boots and helped keep the new Christmas ski setup a secret from them while boot sizing. It’s like a holiday for me when I get to go buy something cool and these guys know how to turn it into a party!"
