"Kerstin & Marty were awesome. Rented a road bike to tackle Squaw Pass and it was set up perfectly. Being from Ohio and never ridden high altitude, plenty of great advice given to make the ride successful. Will visit again when back in CO."

"Update: I had specifically asked my hub to be overhauled so that it wasn't simply disassembled to pull spokes, but after having my wheels for six weeks they didn't even bother to take 30 seconds with an air compressor to blow out external dirt, let alone take a rag to it (I had disassembled the wheels for them already). I have never had any problems like this before with a wheel rebuild. I thought that paying to have my wheels done so I could focus on rebuilding my bikes for race season would get me on the road earlier and I was clearly wrong. Communication was not the issue here. I was not 'taken care of'. ---‐------- I took in wheels to be overhauled and was told they could be done in around a week, so naturally I expected 1-2 weeks if things were worse than the initial assessment, parts needed to be ordered, etc. Six weeks later I am still waiting. The first time they said they would be done, a week passed after the date without any communication and so I called to check on them and the female that answered brushed me off and without bothering to give me information, just said that they would call when they were done. It was two weeks after that date that I received a message saying that they had to order a tool to install my spokes. The second time Brian said they would be done, another week passed after that date without any communication. When I did receive a message, it was just to tell me once again that 'next Tues' the wheels would be finished. After that date passed, I called again. The wrong order was placed for parts. I understand that things happen, but at this point I am sorry I took my business there."

"We took our mountain bikes here to get them tuned up before heading to Trestle. Both our bikes rode so well after their tune up. I felt like a better rider that day. We were very satisfied with the service."

"Excellent location. Good bike. Included flat kit … and I got a flat … at the very end of the trail. Why a 3? - bike was not set up well. Rear derailleur had shifting issues at the larger gears which caused me to lose my footing a number of times. The technician even said when I returned it that it hadn’t been used in a while - I ordered and laid in advance but the bike was not ready when I arrived. I was even 15 minutes late. Had to wait at least 15 minutes - hours were reduced for the holiday so couldn’t keep the bike as long, but there was no discount - still had to pay full day price But I’m glad they are there. Just hope they keep their edge sharp for their customer service."

"Very helpful employees. Not pushy and quite knowledgeable. Happy to report I'm genuinely impressed!! Good selection of quality bicycles. Personally, I loved those ebikes. Cheers!! Update 7/22/19 My dad and I rented their BMC and Specialized e-bikes last weekend. Everyone wants super knowledgeable and energetic to get the bikes adjusted to us and get us on the trail. We went straight from the shop to the top of Bergen peak. We had the opportunity to run into many other highly fit mountain bicyclists. The reaction to my father and I being on eBikes was surprisingly positive. I have heard a lot of grumblings in the mountain bike community about eBikes, but are experience was overwhelmingly positive. Without the assistance from that battery and motor, we would not have made it to the peak. Riding those bikes really did put the fun back into mountain biking. I genuinely thought I would prefer the specialized over the BMC, but I could barely feel a difference between the two of them. Both bicycles had power to spare after going over 15 miles. I think we will rent them again at some point!! Rental was roughly $100 per bike for the day, and TOTALLY worth it! If you've been thinking about an ebike or renting an ebike, these guys are fantastic for getting you that experience."
