"My dog Eddie, is a new patient. Dr. Shomock was very thorough. I took him in to have some warts removed from his front paw and scheduled the procedure with a dental cleaning. I was called the next day by Dr. Hill and she explained that the bloodwork showed a more serious problem that we need to address and the procedure was cancelled. A new appt for further testing was readily scheduled. I appreciate the care, integrity and clear communication by both Veterinarians and the assistance from the professional Vet Tech, Trent and Admin Asst. Shanea. You have a great team and I’m happy Eddie is in your care. Thank you."

"Vets can sometimes be nervous around my dog Kaia, and it typically causes me anxiety to bring her to the vet because of this. This was our first time at Parkside Animal Health Center, and not one person in the office seemed to nervous around her. In fact, everyone greeted her with love. We ended up getting some terrible news about Kaia during our visit. The Dr was really informative and compassionate and laid out all of our options gently but realistically. "I came to Parkside with my cat for a problem that was ongoing but suddenly got worse. They were close and had a next day appointment available. The vets there were able to properly give me the next steps that got my cat back to good health- we'd been going to the other vet for months with no answers and they were asking for more and more expensive and likely unproductive tests. I felt that vets at Parkside explained their thinking clearly on the course of action. Once i had a miscommunication (mostly my fault as it turns out!), and they handled it so well. Because of this, this is my vet office now until forever unless i move. Just took my other kitty in and finally got to see the team in action post covid- really respectful, responsive, efficient team from my experience. Maggie's living her best life!"

"Dr hill was wonderful, and all of the techs and reception were so friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to find a vet that listens to me and doesn’t treat me like I’m dumb, and Dr Hill was absolutely exceptional. We were in and out with two senior dogs in less than an hour, and my dogs felt so comfortable here. Usually I have to be the one to restrain them because they’re a little spicy, but they were so comfortable here that the tech was able to do it without my help. We will definitely be back with my other pets."
