"I would give Family Pet Hospital 20 stars if I could. They are absolutely incredible. We've been taking our kitties there for years and I cannot possibly say enough nice things about them. Every single interaction I've ever had there has been great. There has been more than one occasion when they snuck us in right away due to an emergency. When one of my kitties passed away recently, we received a handwritten sympathy card signed by their entire staff-- so far and beyond the call of duty. Their employees are all so kind and helpful-- not just the doctors, but the techs and front desk staff as well. I never realized how mediocre of service I'd been getting from my previous vets until I found Family Pet Hospital. Either way, if you're looking for a vet in Longmont, Family Pet Hospital is absolutely where you should go."

"We have 2 cats. We have an older ornery cat and a young shy cat. Young cat was sick for some time with no explanation of why. We were convinced that his food was irritating him because he would be sick then not sick after taking him into the vet almost every three weeks. Finally we met with Dr. Dedolph and she highly recommended an ultrasound (very expensive.) We were weary about it until finally our cat finally got so sick that we rushed him over on a Friday and had them bring in the ultrasound tech. The worst was true - he had ingested a piece of foam that was lodged in his intestine. They rushed him into emergency surgery and it ended up being very intense. The quick actions of the staff at Family Pet saved our baby boy. I 100% believe that without their persistence and attention, we would have lost our cat. I feel guilty that I didn't believe the staff about the severity since the costs were astronomical but I know now that the staff is incredibly capable and absolutely looking out for our fur kids. While I know most people who go to the vet for their cat very rarely gets in dire situations like ours, know that Family Pet really does care about your family member and ALL of the staff is highly professional and passionate about their care. Thank you Dr. Dedolph, Dr. Abernathy, and Dr. Richardson, as well as the nurse team for everything "

"Best vet experience I have had in a long time. I've taken my little Frenchie to the vet many times to check for a UTI at another vet. Told she's fine... still having the same issues dr. Dedolph showed me what was wrong! Something I would have never known if not shown. So happy to have a vet that cares! ❤️ two happy pups!"

"Dr. Cross and all of the nurses and staff here are wonderful! Our high anxiety dog was more relaxed than I have ever seen her at a vet. Dr. Cross took time to carefully answer my questions and address my concerns. They are taking fantastic care of both our kitten and our dog and I am so grateful that we came to Family Pet!"
