"Definitely do not recommend. Terrible communication and flooring is already coming up only 1 month after install. Tons of mistakes that Babu tried to pass off. For example, he ordered the wrong lazy Susan door. Rather than admitting it and order the correct one, he told the installer to hang it upside down and rig it with extra pieces of wood. Unacceptable when paying a significant amount of money! I have reached out to try and give the opportunity to correct flooring issue with no response from Santana or Babu for over 2 weeks."

"They asked for 100% upfront. Thankfully didn’t give it to them. They did a poor job they disappeared for months no response DO NOT USE In response to owner: You did do the work under other name Here is another example of why not to use them I had just spoke to the owner about the lack of communication and disappearing for months. He said he was out of town on his cell phone Total liar!!!"

"This company is the biggest waste of time you could possibly have the misfortune of working with. We were going to contract with Kitchen Refresh to redesign our kitchen island, change all countertops and backsplash, and update our cabinets. After having an in person visit and several calls we were going to give them our business. The next step, Sanjana advised, would be a “design consult”, where we can reconfigure the layout and storage features in their “design studio” in aurora. The entire reason we were meeting at their location in Aurora which was an hour from our home was to view design options for the island and to reconfigure our storage layout. Sanjana was nearly TWO hours late to our scheduled appointment. She had us work with the company co-located with them to view countertop slabs. Once she was able to actually meet with us, we only had 30 minutes left (we budgeted 2 hours for this). This unprofessional woman then hands us a paper with a checklist of the costs and thinks we are done. How do you have a cost checklist when nothing has been designed? We said we thought we were redesigning the island and how can she give us a cost sheet when we literally haven’t designed anything or changed anything she looks surprised. And then starts working on her computer giving us simple design recommendations. We were so insulted at the lack of professionalism, the sheer amount of time she wasted, her total lack of understanding on how to redesign a kitchen, and just the overall budget/cheap approach she took to everything. To add insult to the complete waste of time working with Sanjana was like, she never sent these designs to us and stopped responding to emails. We contracted with a professional company nearby who not only redesigned the entire kitchen but also kept it under budget and respected our time. Don’t waste your time."
