"What a great job these people did on my Pomeranian! I called to get an appt. because the people I usual use went out of business. Could not get anyone in Castle Rock CO to even answer their phone. They answered right away, and got my dog in within an hour! YOU GUYS ROCK! And my Pom was done in an hour! WOW! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR? And they were so nice, this makes it even better! "I have a five month old puppy who needed his nails trimmed so I decided to take him here. When I went there they said it wouldn’t take awhile for them to trim his nails, about three minutes in my puppy was all done. I asked how much would it cost me for the service, she said it was on the house. I was very surprised because it was our first time, so I thought that was very nice of them, but once I got in my car I wanted to check my Pups nail and there I saw that he was bleeding from 2 toes. They trimmed his nails too short and was bleeding. And then I knew the reason why they said it was on the house, because they trimmed them too short and caused it to bleed. I am very upset because they didn’t notify me that he was bleeding and also that they didn’t do anything about it."
