"Usually love this petsmart. Out of all the Petsmart locations within 10 miles - this is the one we go to because it's usually very well maintained and the fish look healthy. My only complaint used to be that the oranda goldfish are always out of stock. Unfortunately, that has not been the case the last few visits. I've attached some pictures from our visit on 2/21. We had several fish in mind to purchase, but due to the sheer amount of dead fish and unhappy fish we decided to leave empty handed. There were multiple dead fish in almost every tank. We notifed the attendant that a goldfish was stuck under an ornament and was struggling, to which she responded "oh". And preceeded to do nothing about it. So sad...I guess we will have to find a new place to supply our fish. I really hope they can turn it around and regain our trust. No one wants to bring sick/dying fish home and no one wants to see suffering/dead fish. Do better. Pictures show multiple large dead pleccos floating around, multiple large dead birchirs and other random dead fish as well."

"Everyone at this Petsmart is wonderful and helpful! They have lots of fun items and a great selection of food and treats. Good sales too! If you need any dog training, Kat is THE BEST! She is their only trainer and honestly the greatest. I wouldn’t trust my pups’ education with anyone else! She has nearly 20 years of training experience and you will not find a better trainer anywhere."
"Your neighborhood pet needs store for everything pet! Amazing variety of items for your fur babies! Wonderful grooming salón, fantastic pet trainers (Ms. Kat is the best!) and great selection of items for a huge variety of pets!"
"This Petsmart is one of the worst I have seen. I have been there before but this was bad. I needed feeder fish for my tank and they had several tanks with dead and decaying fish in them, that you could tell had been there for days. Many of their tanks where empty or mislabeled. It was pretty gross I didn't even want to buy the feeder's there because I was worried about illnesses that might transfer to my tank at home. I will not be returning to this store any time soon."
