"Tommy was really nice and the store was clean. The press/stamp isn’t working and has been broken for some time. One of my favorite things about Tumi is the ability to get my initials stamped at any store. Bummer! We’ve tried multiple times. Please fix it!"
"Would give them zero stars if possible! Don't waste time here to get truthful or reliable service here - the guy there made three excuses for why he would not help 1. Equipment is unavailable it is ON the table (see pic) 2. I don't have the tags available - they sell tags ! 3. Reuse your tag won't work coz the machine is broken Is this acceptable to the quality and values of Tumi ??"
"Walked in carrying a full set of Tumi luggage. My backpack is ripping, so I am interested in getting another one. My carry-on suitcase is a bit small for the length of trips that I’ve been taking, so I am interested in ordering a new, larger size. The employee working must have been new, as he went to ask the manager a question to answer my question (which is totally fine, and I’d much rather have him ask then make something up). The manager didn’t even bother to ask a single question as to why I might be shopping, what I was looking for, etc. I asked for what I wanted to see by name, and When they didn’t have it, they didn’t even offer to show me something similar. With even a modicum of help, I might have ordered both pieces from that store. Instead, I am going to order them online."
"I love Tumi and have purchased many items at the Phoenix airport location. Made my way to this location to purchase a crossbody bag. The young woman behind the counter did not acknowledge me or even look up from her phone while I was in the store. Disappointing."
"If I could post no stars I would, how rude of the worker to tell me that next door sells cheaper belts when I am trying to shop and buy their belts. I would not have cared as much as I do if she was letting me know that next door also has belts of similar styles but to say they’re “cheaper” to a customer is terrible. I’ve never had an experience like this when shopping in high-end designer stores and for tumi to act like this which can not even compare is gross."
