"Customer service was severely lacking. I walked around for a bit to get someone's attention and asked him if I could see a couple of items that were in the cages. He nearly rolled his eyes as he sighed like I was the biggest inconvenience of his day. I didn't care for the layout of the store. I say this becayse nothing had pricetags or was very visible to see the condition they were in. (I'm talking laptops and smaller electronics). Since that was the case I HAD to ask an employee and felt like I wasted time I didn't need to if I could have just seen the items better and knew the prices."

"The employees aren’t the friendliest here, but it’s worth dealing with that for the great prices. You can find seriously amazing deals on appliances here- we got a brand new dishwasher for $200 (down from $600) just because it had a small scratch. Definitely a great spot for appliances!"
"I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group than this store. Bought a refrigerator on Nov.21 for delivery on Dec. 2nd. Never shows up. Go in and it never left the store. Promised it will delivered Dec.5. Go in Dec. 4 to make sure it is happening, lo and behold it was never sent in for delivery. We’ve got spoiled food and no options. I will never spend money here. Zero accountability or customer service. RUN AWAY!"
"The shopping experience isn't as glamorous as the main retail store but you can find some great deals if you're patient and through. My wife has been looking for a specific refrigerator since the pandemic and she found it here for $1000 less than the retail store. I also got my dad a 43" smart Samsung TV for dirt cheap."
