"With nearly 300,000 miles bike riding I've tried a lot of gear. Rapha pro kits are trash compared Primal helix kits. The fit, the compression, the stitching and color fast fabric all exceed every garment from that overpriced other. What drew me to Primal was their their designs, which is amazing. I was not expecting the best fit and wear for such a great price. This is where Primal proved to be rockstars. 4 weeks ago I was hit by a semi. After 3 weeks in the hospital I saw what was left of my favorite kit that was cut off me, insult to injury. I reached out to Primal asking for a replacement invoice to give to my lawyer. They offered to replace the kit after sending me the invoice within the hour. I could dwell on the crash as poor, poor pitiful me. But all I can do is thank more and people for doing so much for me in the aftermath. I will ride again and I will feel great doing it while wearing an awesome kit. Primal Wear is beyond the best cycling apparel I've known in 45 years of racing."
"This company makes their profits on the backs of their workers. They offer 'internships' at 15 an hour. McDonald's workers make more. Any artist that thinks of working there... don't. Their ads for new artists are regular. Interns... at $15 an hour. Think about that. Don't be an artist for this company. You will be pressed down and extracted for your skill and talent."
"I've used Primal to order jackets, jerseys, and shorts for several work events. The customer service has been top notch every time, including amazing communication between myself, the rep, and accounting for invoicing. Their artist do a great job, helping me design exactly what I hope for. I would highly recommend Primal as your jersey provider. Just note, their sizes tend to run smaller than others."
