"Nordstrom at Park Meadows Mall is a toxic workplace. There is a lack of company core values and management does not follow the company's core values. Employees are not acknowledged or rewarded for their efforts of a job well done. Management publicly criticize and reprimand their employees. There is also excessive micromanagement. The leadership is disrespectful and toxic because of bullying and harassment. There is inadequate employee development opportunities and absence of employee feedback and input. There is poor morale because of negative office politics and gossip. Management ignores employee's mental health and well-being. Employees often show up late or miss work and the turnover rate is high."
