"Had an awful experience with a staff member at the fitting rooms. Talked in such a condescending way to me when It was literally my first time stepping in the store. Safe to say I won't ever be coming back. Hire less condescending and rude staff. Hope her shoes get pissed in"

"I had a great experience at this location. I felt acknowledged when I came in the store which was nice. Everyone was so readily available to help which I appreciated, since trying to buy new jeans can be a hassle. I also appreciated the engagement. Everyone asked how I was doing and made conversation. while, some other stores in the mall you walk in and the employees they’re on their phones and don’t even say anything to you it feels awkward. But not this AE store love it!!! Such a great team."

"Horrible experience with online pickup orders twice. The first time, the order was supposed to be ready within two hours, they never fulfilled it, and the manager I think her name was Felicity said that they needed to ship the items to the store and hung up on me despite the order needing to be ready the same day. They didn’t want to fulfill that order at all clearly. The second time, most of the items needed to be shipped to the store and on my app, it said that the items aren’t ready for pickup. When I called the store to ask on the status of the order, they said the items were ready and when I came to pick up the items, they made me go to the locker and when I tried to scan my barcode it never worked and never got a code. They clearly didn’t fulfill the order despite them saying they did. Clearly they don’t care about customers. Horrible employees and management with horrible customer service."

"Love the jeans but the staff here is very frustrating. Chatting by the register as a group while people are waiting to try things on. Got home with a new pair of jeans and they left the security tag on. Called for guidance and there’s no apology, just a request to drive back across town back to the shop. A little more professionalism would go a long way."

"Had a fantastic experience here this weekend. The staff is all SO friendly and the store was really well kept - everything was folded nicely and organized. The dressing rooms were clean and lovely. One guy came up to me and asked if he could start a fitting room for me - when I went to the fitting room, everything was laid out beautifully for me and organized by size. This is also the only place in the mall that had jean shorts that weren’t inappropriately short. They are also the softest denim I’ve ever felt! Loved it here. Will go back for sure."
