"Dear beatbuy Management, If you wonder why customers are looking for alternatives to purchasing electronics look to your customer service. Tonight I had in mind to purchase a lapto, a receiver and a pai of speakers for my truck. I would have you know a stocker who said he was a sales person turned stock guy vaguely answered my questions before turning to a guy who's coming and when a guy showed up being identified as the someone who can answer my questions, he walked past me and said sorry we are short staffed. You guys deserve to go under. Customer service is paramount to the success of sales. I walked out with my all money thinking about other alternatives like Amazon. You did it to yourselves. Store closures are coming and what will you manage then. Every customer and every dollar counts."

"Overall, it was a good experience but I have to say that I didn't particularly like the AT&T section where they attempt to get you to switch over to them. I don't mind listening to a sales pitch but I do mind when someone is moving forward without your full interest. I'm disappointed that Best Buy allows a company that space without ensuring a peaceful shopping experience for their customers. It's a major turn off. I'm more of an in person shopper but this experience helps me see why so many people shop online. The AT&T staff were posed as Best Buy associates meaning it wasn't clear from the jump to tell that they were representing a different company. It was an ambush for something that I don't need. So I need Best Buy to think about this. Is making that space available to AT&T worth losing business?"

"I went in to compare some sound bars and some other things. I don't remember the person's name that helped us but he was a wealth of information and I highly appreciate it. We ended up having to go to a Best Buy to get what I was looking for but the service at this one was great"

Despite my efforts, I had to handle the TV pickup by myself. I believe customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and this experience left much to be desired. The lack of assistance and engagement was disappointing, and it felt like my concerns were overlooked. I trust that Best Buy values its customers and their satisfaction.
