"I went in to return my uggs and they wouldnt let me because I supposedly needed a box? Here my reciept and return policy. Connie was going to do the exchange when Jalen advised her not to because there wasnt a box. So I showed her the return policy from Journeys and they told me the shoes were to worn to be returned.... 200$ down the drain... then they asked would i buy shoes that look like that? I said honestly if i had known you wouldnt have followed your OWN policy in print that prints ATLEAST 50x a day... i would have never special ordered them...."
