"I went into the store and found what I was looking for within seconds. When I tried to track down an employee for assistance, they were nowhere to be seen. I finally found someone standing around and asked for the shoe in my size. He rudely told me to speak to the person at the cash register. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally got to one of the register employees. When I asked her, she rolled her eyes, said nothing and just walked away. She came back and said very rudely, “No. Next customer.” I will not be coming back to this store or shopping from this company again. When I am paying for a good, I expect proper customer service."

"My experience was horrible CHRISTMAS TIME I SHOPPED AT CHERRY CREEK MALL THEY WHERE EXTREMELY BUSY WHICH IS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE . I TRUSTED THAT WHEN I GOT THE SHOE FROM SHOE SALESMAN THAT SHOE SIZE MATCHED BOX . So TODAY MY CHILD WENT TO WEAR THE SHOES AN I ASKED FOR SIZE 6.5 AN IN THE BOX WAS 7 so I WENT IN TO PRESENT THAT TO STORE . I just wanted the size I asked for . When I entered manager Gerold was so rude told me it’s past 45 so my problem not his. I then asked him for customer service number he told me to look it up . I then asked him for his manager name he Rudely says I don’t give out his number I’m the manager I make the rules. Again all I wanted was him to fix what his store messed up shoes was brand new never wore"

"I came in today looking for a versatile shoe that could last and hold up to use, as I often run and wanted a pair that held tightly to my foot but could also be slipped off. Jarold the store manager came over to help me, explaining the differences in the shoes I was considering then recommended me different styles and types. Even showing me the ones he was wearing as he recommended them and knew how the sizing would work as well. Overall he helped me increase my understanding of the shoes I was looking for while introducing me to new information and new shoes. I had a great experience talking with him and ended up leaving with a great pair of Cloud-swift 3 AD which may not be the exact name, still a great pair if shoes."

"I came to the store for the first time, having never walked in before. As soon as I stepped in, Roy, who assisted me, displayed a nice attitude, patience, and professionalism. Despite helping me for over an hour and simultaneously assisting three other customers, he worked efficiently, never wasting anyone's time. I ended up purchasing shoes for both myself and my husband, along with socks I couldn't find elsewhere. It turns out he's the manager, and his down-to-earth attitude helped not only me but also other customers who all made purchases."

"I had a great experience at the store today. Each staff member that I spoke to was super helpful and friendly showing me several pairs of sneakers and sandals so I could get the best fit. It is a pleasure to shop when the sales staff are so upbeat and positive and willing to help out. They are also knowledgeable about the products. It has been a number of years since I last shopped there but I will definitely go back sooner rather than later."
