"It would be great if the staff was knowledgeable in regards to climbing. The past three times I’ve been, I’ve had to explain, describe and point out the item I am looking for. I’ve also had to spell the name of some items so they can look it up online to figure out what it looks like. One time I was even told they didn’t sell the item I was looking for as I was staring at it on the wall right in front of me. I’ve had the the person at the desk tell me they have never seen or heard of RPs after being told that this was their climbing person. That’s just for rock climbing. When it comes to ice I wouldn’t even bother the staff here."

T-Ray expertly helped me select the perfect boots and really takes the extra time to make sure the fit is perfect, and Max set up our skis with precision. Their attention to detail and customer care were exceptional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. This shop has not only top-notch staff but also a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of ski gear. A solid 5-star experience!"
"This place is awesome! I was looking to get fitted for some beginner friendly climbing shoes, and Jenna was super helpful and experienced with sizing appropriately, as well as giving out advice on type of shoe for beginners (a starting shoe that could be used for both trad and bouldering, and both at the gym and outdoors) We went through several different types and sizes until finding the right fit, including some practice holds and moves on the wall. Cannot say enough about the time and advice given!"
"Love this used gear store. The staff (Tim and Killian) were great, a ton of stuff downstairs and upstairs, and organized! I was able to to find some good used ski underwear and pants throughout the store. Overall, if you need gear or clothing, it’s worth the stop."
