The employees are incompetent and when they don’t have what you want they’ll try to push some cheap garbage on you to make a few bucks. Seriously an untrained autistic monkey could have provided me with better service than those idiots at the 16th street mall location. I pray no one ever has to suffer through interacting with such stupid idiotic employees."

"I shop here frequently for the latest sports gear. My Favorite team being the Dallas Cowboys. I would like to point out the gentleman the store manager He is very professional. He makes a point to reach out to each guest no matter where they from. His actions reflects is business and professional interact with his guests. I work in the retail and business sector. This Place has amazing employees who ensure you have the best shopping experience. I observed the Guest services Manager explaining leadership and the importance of taking care of the guests. Thanks for having such amazing employees.This business has alot of true Sports Fan Collectables , Shirts, latest hats, and Many new and current Jerseys."
