"This is probably one of the more poorly managed stores in the Denver metro area. With consistency, every time I come in, I am practically attacked by the associates, wanting to know what I’m here for, what I’m looking for, what help I need. While I appreciate assistance, I do not need to be hounded every two minutes after I’ve already made clear that I’ll let them know when I need help. Additionally, it seems that while this store loves to sell…They also hate to accept returns. Each time I’ve made a return, be at one item or five items, they seem annoyed and intent on making the process difficult. They often don’t know the payment method I used, and they also consistently attempt to steer me towards returning onto a gift card versus the credit card which I originally used. Like it or not, returns are a fact of life in the retail world. When your organization offers free shipping, you can fully expect that I’m going to purchase a number of items and various sizes and then end up only keeping the ones that actually work for me. Don’t attempt make me feel bad for returning the other items. Overall, management group needs retraining by corporate."

"The friendly staff greeted us upon entry and offered to help us. The store is clean, organized, and inviting. Yes, they have men's clothing also. I took my daughter there for some leggings/yoga pants (Align HR, $98). One of the staff made me feel welcome while my daughter shopped. They wrote her name on the dressing booth while she tried things on. If you are into this type of clothing, I recommend it."
