"We have had nothing but stellar experiences with Front Range Cargo Bikes. I had done quite a bit of my own research before coming into the shop to test ride, but I know that Ryan, Kit, and Zach would have been just as accommodating if I were totally new to e-bikes. They are happy to let you test ride anything you’re interested in, and they all have a deep wealth of knowledge about the bikes they sell. This shop only stocks the brands and bikes that they feel are the best in the industry, so anything you ride away with will be an excellent choice. We have purchased two e-bikes (on separate occasions) from the shop: an Urban Arrow Family CX and a Benno Boost. Both transactions were easy and anxiety free. In both cases, Ryan and Kit were great about helping us to decide which features were important to us, and not ever selling anything that we didn’t need. The shop goes above and beyond and treats you the way that you would expect to be treated at a high end retailer. I was very impressed by their handling of even the littlest details, like making sure the tires are pumped appropriately and that the battery is fully charged before you take your new bike home. I so appreciated the fact that this shop is here for more than just a sales transaction. When you buy a bike, Ryan and Kit will walk you through all of the important features before you ride away, so that you know ahead of time how to ride, use, and maintain your new e-bike. Front Range Cargo Bikes is an excellent ally to have as you grow with your bike and inevitably need to service it. This shop knows electric bikes better than a typical bike shop and can handle the specific problems that may arise with the brands they sell and service.
