"We’ve been renting skis equipment from Christy Sports Boulder for over 10 years. It’s always been a great experience. Even when it’s busy they’ll take their time to make sure you’re set up with the right equipment. Staff is friendly and courteous. The ski equipment is good quality with much better prices than ski resorts."
"I’ve always had great experience here, unfortunately Tim (I believe he is the interim manager?) changed that. I was sold what Tim agreed was the wrong binding Din. He originally said he’d take care of it, wavered some, and told me to talk to someone who wasn’t there. I came back the next day, qt what time Tim claimed he did not actually have authority to promise what he did. I then left my name with the team who promised to call back about a new binding, and a week and a half later I have yet to get a call. Really poor service from Tim, and overall he gave a super off-putting experience. If management reads this, please note the entire rest of the team there has been fantastic, and this is no knock on them. I strongly recommend going to a different Christie’s or one of the many of the other local ski shops."
"Great time renting snowboarding gear. The employee was friendly, asked questions about my ability and where I'm going riding, explained my choices and was helpful when I requested something similar to a specific previous board I rode. I'll be back for my next trip! I also loved the fact that you can drop off your board until noon the next day so you can stay at slopes as long as you want the day of your rental."
