"This is the worst big 5 I have ever been in. I walk in with my wife and automatically some fat guy in a red jacket starts flowing me. Mind u I'm fresh out of work as a heavy equipment operator. Still waring my high visibility sweater and work clothes. Obviously not some homeless bum. Then he stands at the front door trying to impress the female cashier, like he is some gangster. Profiling this blue collar working class man. I will never go back. And would recommend you shouldn't either. Unless you like being disrespected and treated like a comen drug addicted scum. In that case this is the place for you."

"Ridiculous prices, terrible selection of just about everything and either rude, lazy or nonexistent staff. Every time I come here, I leave swearing I'll never come back and then, usually out of desperation, I do. After the last visit, the lady was so rude I almost lost my temper but decided to just leave instead. I will never set foot in there again no matter how desperate I am. Just go across the street to Walmart. It may be more crowded, but at least the prices are decent and the staff are helpful and not RUDE!"

"I had a truly one of a kind rude experience here. My son forgot his cleats so we had to run in last minute to get new ones. I asked if there was a restroom and the woman who worked there said no, there was no public restroom, only one for children due to legal issues and that there was a sign on the door. I asked, as clarification, if customers who were buying something could use a restroom. In my experience, no public restroom does not apply to customers so I was confused by her answer. Her answer was outrageously rude. She told me in a nasty tone that she had already answered my question and proceeded to start berating me so me and my children quickly turned and walked away. My kids told me they did need to use the restroom but that the lady was so rude they were scared to say anything. In any case, we got cleats, spent 90$, got berated, and were not allowed to use the restroom. I can understand that is their policy but saying there isn't a public restroom is a little confusing since many are reserved for customers. When trying to clarify this point, I have never been so badly treated before in my life. Would never return in a million years and will take business elsewhere."
