"The manager Isaiah was so rude started yelling at my husband in front of my kids because other workers could not find shoes for us. So unprofessional does not need to work in public with his attitude he has no people skills. Yelling in front of other people. Will never shop here again"

"Employees have a horrible attitude they are very rude and lack people skills. Oh and cussing at a customer saying Nike s@#$ is over there. Really not away to speak to someone. Seriously shoe palace do better. If Employees don't like working with public mabye this is not the job for them."

"If I could give this store a 0 star review I would! The store Manager Isaiah is worthless never willing to help anyone out. I had an online order delivered to me and they shoe palace sent the wrong size. He would not accept my return because it was ordered online. I don’t understand how a non people person could be put into a role as a store manager. Customer service managers are suppose to go above and beyond to help their customers. I hardly purchase from shoe palace because this isn’t the first interaction I’ve had with him. What’s funny is I called another store manager from another location and he said no problem I can help you. When I told him what this punk said he was surprised and didn’t understand why he was refusing a refund. DO NOT SHOP here. I will continue to not give my business to Shoe palace because of this guy. I also called the following day to get this guys name and the girl that answered the phone would not give me his name. She kept asking what kind of review I was going to leave. This crew is shady!"

"Terrible customer service. Bought a jacket online and it came defective. Tried calling, no answer. Tried emailing, no answer. Decided to be proactive and filled out an exchange form and shipped it back to them. 3 weeks later I get refunded for the item but not the shipping. Emailed about shipping costs, no answer. Item is now out of stock. BS."

"I went in on Tuesday night (12/15/2020) around 7/8pm to buy some Christmas gifts. There was a young man working who was socializing with his friends the entire time, and didn’t attempt to move while I was looking through the back packs. (Weird..) There were also two girls working, one who was friendly with light brown hair, and one with dark brown hair. I approached the gal with dark brown hair and asked if I could get a gift card. Annoyed by my question, she walked me over to the desk and called the other girl over. (Might I add, the gal with the dark brown hair was not wearing her face mask to cover her nose, and was spending time organizing the shoes.) I was then told “We are out of gift cards & therefore can’t sell you one.” I said “That’s okay can I get this backpack?” The gal replied with “My manager didn’t add this into inventory so you can’t get this.” ?? I’m very disappointed with my experience to say the least. I was willing to spend lots of money here for a Christmas gift, the young high school aged kids working didn’t seem to care to find a solution to the problem and instead, turned away business. I called today, to speak with a manager, (because I really still want that dang back pack!) and there was no answer the entire two minutes the line rang. I’m very disappointed. :( What’s the point of being open if I can’t buy any inventory items, or a gift card?"
