"Such a valuable asset for the Boulder biking community! Super place to visit, cool vibe, everything is clean & well organized, and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Try on items for fit and size, especially if you plan to order a different color on-line. Michael was especially helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the entire Rapha product line. "I love cycling, and Rapha makes beautiful, well-crafted kit. The clubhouse is beautiful and well-arranged, and the coffee is good. That said, when I visit the Boulder clubhouse, I always hope that I'm going to have an Apple Store type experience, where I'm greeted by someone who is enthusiastic and interested in talking about cycling, or at least wonders if I've come in to make a purchase. Instead, every time I've visited (4 or 5 times now), I'm met with indifference by cold, indolent salespeople. They're not rude, but they're not helpful or friendly either. It's almost as if they don't want me to purchase anything half the time, and their total lack of interest in talking about cycling makes me wonder if they ride at all. Rapha's prices suggest a luxury product, but the clubhouse certainly doesn't give you luxury service."
"Love, love, LOVE this place. Rapha is my favorite cycling clothing company and I have made it a mission to visit each one in any city I visit. Came here to have a few bikes for hire for my wife and I and we loved them. Also purchased a ton of new kit. (Photo is from the first of three visits/purchases in a week) Clean store (especially matters with a pandemic). Staff is great and friendly. Very helpful with assisting my wife in picking out her first ever kit."
"If you're looking for a peaceful space to get some work done, have a great espresso and do a little shopping this is the place. Rapha did a great job building out the space. It's warm, well lit and the wifi is reliable. The staff is some of the friendliest among their stores. They know the roads to ride and have a great selection of weekly and weekend group rides."
