"Came in late night around 7 Pm. Store closes at 8 PM. And we were never rushed. Then Ruthie and Lakeisha were very helpful in checking prices for us and even recommending some extra products to go with our purchase and we never felt like we were being forced into up sells. They were real natural at it. Will definitely be shopping more for the kids at this store."

"My online experience with JC Penney leads me to advise, "Don't waste your time." They delivered the wrong order, now requiring me to make a 20-mile round trip to return the not-ordered merchandise. I am 70+ and returning two large cartons is not helpful. When I tried to re-order my original order, they said it is out of stock. My advice is don't waste your time."
