"The staff was helpful and polite. The racks were all in order. I noticed that there were wires attached to the clothes. Maybe they had some issues with grab and run. I wouldn't expect that in a high-end shopping center. You can even buy cars in this shopping mall."

"Very Rude Loss Prevention Lady she kinda on the heavy set side. Long Brown hair her and this tall skinny mixed guy both Loss Prevention. Harass me every time I go in to that store follow me around the hold time very rude the guy even stopped me at the door and literally yanked my purse off of my arm which my shoulder still hurts from it all because they thought I was taking something for being in the store along time 1. Last I checked there wasn’t a Time Limit on Shopping At Macys . 2. Just Because you’re in a Store More than an hour doesn’t mean your STEALING. 3. Last I Checked Loss Prevention is Not Allowed To Touch you Or Get physical in Any Type of way. Definitely checking into this with a Lawyer Because My RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED!! I feel and Not only that I had a pocket full of cash that time and everytime I go in to that store . These 2 Should be fired"

"Just wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman who made my daughter’s day by finding the price to the last of these backpacks! In a time of when it’s hard to find good customer service, it was refreshing and uplifting to meet a gentleman with good customer service! THANK YOU!"

"I love going to Macy's in Cherry Creek Mall because it has literally everything. unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the managers. I wanted to go to the 3rd floor and the only way to get there is by the elevator in store or by going outside to the parking garage and taking the elevator to level 5 and then walk back to the store. Anyway, I was with a stroller and Macy's elevator was out of service so I asked a retail associate if that was the only elevator they had. She was super nice and told me yes, but the employees used another elevator and told me she was going to ask the manager if she could take me on that one because I had a Stroller. The manager said no through the phone. Then she told me she was going to ask another manager. The guy (manager) was actually taking the stairs and when she asked him, he literally didn't even let her finish the question when he rolled his eyes up and said "ehhh I have a meeting at 2 PM." .... It was 1:30 pm when that happened and I don't think it take 30 minutes to go on an elevator! He was extremely rude to her and to me because I was next to her when she asked. He should have been a little bit more polite other than rolling his eyes and not letting the lady finish the question. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but Macy's should really evaluate the managers."
