"Very clean and organized (as it should be be) , I tried it out a product in store, then ordered online. This chair was simple to install (I could actually do it myself :-). I ordered the Bungle Cord Computer Desk for a work station."
"Buyer, beware! After we spent over $4000 on metal closets for three closets, it’s been a nightmare trying to install this. First, the designer never gave us any warning that if you they don’t enter three separate orders for each closet, all of the pieces come in a lump sum, and they are not marked for each closet. Therefore, we spent over four hours just sorting the pieces and found many pieces were missing. We asked the container store how much it would be for them to install it, and it is over 30% of the total price ($1700) which is ridiculous! Instead of spending that much, the customer service rep indicated we could use Taskrabbit to find somebody that has experience installing closets. We found somebody at $50 an hour, who was experienced, and it still took over eight hours to install the closets with hardware that was given to us. Again, he found missing pieces. We called the container store but because we didn’t use their installers at huge a premium, they were rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t take ownership for the missing pieces or for their negligence in not entering each order separately."
"Their installation team installed a closet for one of our residents. They told the resident it would be an extra charge to take out their trash and to paint the walls they marked. Nice closet but very poor installation clean up and customer service. There are a lot of other options I would look into."

"What a fun store! A container for everyone, everything and anything! The closet organizing ideas are FANTASTIC! They had all kinds of different jars for different substances. Big ones, small ones, wide ones, tall ones! All kinds of different ways to organize your home and work in any color! Great parking. Great employees."
