Dove Green Nails

"This place has gone downhill since it opened. It was nice when it was new and they were great about appointments and sticking to them. But today I came back after about 6 months after my first experience and it was absolutely awful. I made appointments for a pedicure for me and a friend for 6:30pm. We arrived on time and were greeted right away and sat in the pedicure chairs. The place was empty, besides two techs working on a girls nails and toes at the same time. We sat for 10 minutes when it was clear these were the ONLY techs here. I thought they might both be working on the same person so they could get to our appointments…but no. At 6:45pm one of the techs came over to start my pedicure and I thought ok fine 15 minutes late, not terrible, not great. The other tech finished the girls nails she was working on and walked out to the main lobby and didn’t come back to start my friends pedicure. So I sat for my 30 minute pedicure while my friend just sat there. Once the tech was done with my pedicure she started on my friends pedicure. Well 10 minutes into her pedicure, the tech gets up and walks in the back. Then goes from the back to the front multiple times never saying a word to us. After about 5 minutes of this she goes to the back and gets the wax for my friends feet and puts it on. She then goes to the back once more grabs a bag and walks to the front. 10 minutes later…we realized she left left. She didn’t say a word. And the other tech is out in the lobby doing someone else’s nails. So we asked the tech in the front if the other person left that was doing my friends pedicure and it was only at that moment that she came back to finish my friends pedicure. She was super apologetic, which is “nice” but it was a little late for that. The experience was down right terrible. And again the place is gross. I was super excited to have a nice nail salon close to home but I definitely won’t be coming back. By the way we left the salon at 7:50pm… See photos, it looks like a toenail on this pedicure chair that wasn’t cleaned."

"Hello, I'm usually not the type to leave reviews but after calling and getting nowhere I thought I would. I went on Thursday 4/14 for a manipedi. While my tech was pleasant, she kept complaining about using regular polish. Okay, fine. I understand it takes longer to dry but that doesn't matter. Well, it seems that was an issue because after drying fully you could see a clear problem with my nails. In the middle there's an obviously thick layer, but the sides and tops of my nails only have one layer. There's a clear difference between the two. They did NOT chip. I want to make this clear because after calling the salon, I was told it was a chipping issue because I used regular polish. I'll include the pictures which I took Friday morning. You can see the difference in layers. I am disappointed because this place has great reviews and I had zero issues with the staff. After contacting the salon about my nails, I was told nothing can be done since I didn't go see them to fix my nails right away. I'm a nursing student and I work 12 hour shifts, plus I'm going on vacation. That's why I got my nails done - for my vacation. I would not recommend this place."

"This place is wonderful, it's not just a salon...it's a spa experience. Everyone is so friendly and their communication with the nail techs is amazing. Everything is very clean and sanitary, the environment is very calming and they use quality products. I would highly recommend giving this place a try!"

"The lovely ladies of Dove Green Spa are so kind and so talented. They did my birthday pedicure today and I'm super happy with it. The salon is very clean and has a nice beautiful flow to it. Water feature and greenery make it look beautiful. Brand new massage chairs for the pedicures. Manicure stations have nice comfy chairs. Definitely a great salon"

"I had a horrible experience at another salon, and Kelly saved my nails and they look so beautiful!! She took her time and knew exactly what she was doing. The salon overall was very clean and newly renovated with beautiful decorations. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here!!"
