"Went to this salon on a whim. I chose this place because of the many great reviews. However, I'm not sure if a lot of those reviews came from regulars because my daughter and I weren't treated as nicely as reviews describe. We got 2 full sets of acrylics. My daughter's acrylic set is very uneven and the shape is not consistent. My tech rushed through my set and you can tell a few spots where my nails will start to lift very soon. I also had black gel on before and my tech didn't bother to remove all of it from the cuticles. The techs didn't conversate with us at all, and continued to giggle at us in between glances. Also to mention something I've never seen in my life in a salon - there was a horror movie playing. Human torture, knifes and all out bloody guts. I personally don't mind horror but I don't think it's appropriate for a business that has children under 8 years old present. So aside from very mediocre full sets, the atmosphere was just off. Mind you, I'll have to get another fill in a week and have my daughter's set fixed as well."
