"As you can see, the company has provided the standard reply absolving themselves of all wrong doing and pushing the blame onto me. Ideal Credit: I have not requested any additional work from you that requires power of attorney. What I am requesting is the information regarding the changes you made to my credit report. None of the changes you have claimed are reflecting on any of my reports. Once I asked for these documents you terminated my account. I have not and did not request my account to be closed. All of these interactions are and will be recorded and documented should I need to participate in legal action. **Potential scam warning** The following is simply dictating my experience with Ideal Credit as a customer of theirs and is in no way to be considered as an attempt to defame or hurt their business. Wanted to share my real experience with Ideal Credit in Denver CO. I originally called this office in February, so it’s been about 10 billing months. I had pretty bad credit history and was hoping they could help. About 6 months in, I’d received a few vague updates that things on my credit were “partially deleted”. But never telling me where it was deleted from. I had been receiving constant communications from the credit bureaus saying, “we received a request but it doesn’t look like it was from you. We will only accept disputes directly from you.” I told a rep ideal credit about this, they said it was a tactic to scare me by the credit bureaus and to ignore them. Saying my items would be processed. About a month ago, Ideal credit sent me a notification saying they were upgrading my memebership for me. Was it free? For the first month. Then I’d be paying an additional 20-30$. I sent them an email declining this and informing them that I hadn’t even done my due diligence to see if they had actually be able to accomplish any of the things they reported to me and that I might be wasting my money already. They flew off the handle in the next email. I mean you should of seen it. Telling me I’ve done a terrible job on my credit and telling me I was able to get an auto loan because of them (my score had not changed) So I took my time and obtained a couple credit reports to cross reference. I wasn’t able to find evidence of ANYTHING being removed. Literally nothing. I personally sent in a good will deletion letter to Verzion. They sent me a letter back verifying this will be removed from my credit! Awesome. I gave this to Ideal Credit. They weren’t even able to remove that account from my credit! So to wrap up, I emailed Ideal Credit informing them of my research and asking for a detailed statement of exactly what account was deleted from which credit bureau. Their response? They canceled my contract immediately and then replied telling me that my contract had been canceled and therefore they could not give me any of that information. It was so funny. I got the cancellation notice and then 10 minutes later I got the email saying “oh sorry, your contracts been canceled. Can’t help you!” Overall, I found the employees to be very immature and I am still unaware of them accomplishing anything with my credit. I paid them about $700 for their services as a trail run. Not to mention, I am no longer able to obtain my credit report from Equifax after working with Ideal Credit! Equifax has locked my online access and is requiring that I mail them a copy of my SS card and DL to a random PO Box in Atlanta in order to regain online access! Not sure if this is Ideal Credits fault but I’ve been logging into Equifax for years without issue. Hopefully Ideal Credit has someone who is mature that can reach out to me to talk about this silly ordeal."
