"Would not recommend working with them. I have an auto loan through CU of Denver. Up until this month, things have been great. I received a text on 3/25/2024 saying my payment was past due. I explained that the payment was taken out of my bank account on 3/1/2024 (having my bank statement as proof). The only response I received was that they did not have it and that I would need to make the payment again that day in order for them not to report it as a late payment to my credit. Keep in mind auto loan payments are not cheap and the economy is trash. When I asked WHERE the money was, they just kept saying they didn’t have it and to dispute it with my bank. Even my bank was confused since it went to CU of Denver!! They do not care about you as their customer. Very disappointing as I’ve never had a late payment, and this was a mistake on their side. They take zero ownership and act oblivious. Still have no idea where my money is at."
