"Dont trust these people. They will make you go through hoops and keep going in circles just to tell you no. I got a notice of being pre-approved and still got a solid No without any explanation. It's hard not to bring up race when I've provided everything they need. They do not want to help anyone and are very selective on who they loan to."

"Said I got pre approved for a loan.And made an appointment time lady never called me I had to call them.She was so rude!! Not helpful at all!!got all upset because I didn't know the mileage to my car!!so I ended calling back on Monday because I made the appointment for Friday so I thought an email she just wanted to go home! Nope called back and she still was really rude! I think at a place that deals with customers they should at least have people that have good customer service skills especially at a loan place. So I decided to go elsewhere and I got better help with more money than I asked for the people were so nice and so helpful. I recommend if you need a loan take your time and look don't just pop and get the first one that pops up because it's not always great"

"Terrible customer service. I got pre approved for a higher loan. I applied again and got ignored they just run your credit. Waste of time and terrible communication. You try to make appointments and they don’t call I’ve made 3 appointments to get a call back because I have more questions never got a call for my appointment time. I wish I never went through them the first time."

"I set up an appointment 4 times. They never called during the scheduled time. When I called them twice, one of the times “she was on lunch” at 4:30 and the other time they were helping someone else. Again all these appointments I scheduled ahead of time. I’ve applied for a loan with them before. Last time I didn’t have enough credit history so they wanted to refinance my vehicle at 32 percent. Present day, my credit history is excellent with 100% on time payment. With no reason they still wanted my car as collateral. This place is a scam and can’t even get in contact with during your scheduled time. The whole point of my loan was to pay off my credit card and eliminate all the interest. But then want to collect on the interest of my car. Place is a joke Response to business reply- no info was taken on my vehicle to even value anything, I make above the average salary in Colorado and as I stated my credit history is excellent. Y’all want to scam anyone you can. I understand. That’s business and that’s how you make your money. As if the interest in the loan isn’t enough And no acknowledgment to the lack of organization from Giselle on getting with clients on schedule 4 different times? Ok 32% interest on my new car, say 5 years at the least because I just got it. That’s around 6,000 in interest on top of the interest of the loan which I only asked for 4,000. You would bank on at least 8,200.00 for a 4,000 dollar loan. I’ve gotten loans before. This place is wild."
