"Best BBQ in all of Colorado. Mario is super friendly and runs a great food truck with truly amazing food. I did a full slab of ribs, drink, 4 sides, and a pulled pork sandwich with slaw. All of it was great. Smoky, tender, juicy. Made with love. Mario said he prides himself of making ribs that “you don’t have to fight”. He deserves every bit of it because those bones slid right out of the ribs like easy Jenga pieces. Awesome guy, fantastic food, amazing service. This is my new spot."
"Stumbled upon this amazing bbq pit, we were greeted with such a warm southern smile and attitude, apart from Mario’s great customer service and passion for what he does, his all made from scratch meals from meats, to sides left my heart and belly fulfilled. Thank you Mario for the out of this world bbq!"
"You’re going to want to put this meat in your mouth! The turkey leg was absolutely amazing if you’ve had the flea market turkey legs you’re wasting your money and you need to come try this one! The meat is juicer and way more flavorful with the magic of the smoker and the bbq sauce is an absolutely beautiful top off and man this thing was HUGE. Not only that the style of baked beans are something I’ve never had the pleasure of trying until now and man you’ll wake up craving them I promise you! We don’t have a ton of bbq spots but I can absolutely promise you that I’ll take southern pit over a place like dickies any day you can taste the soul he puts into the food and the atmosphere and attitude of Mario and his truck are something you definitely don’t want to miss!!!"
