"The food was cold I got my plate first then about 10 minutes later my daughter got her food. .it took forever to get our check .I finally had a flag down the manager so he could get our check for us. Definitely a bad experience. And it was my first time ever going there. And it wasn't even busy.. and not only did my daughter's food come out 10 minutes later she ordered an appetizer but she got her main dish and the appetizer at the same time. And I don't know maybe it's just me but the appetizer should come first and we should get our plates at the same time just an awful experience.."
"Chicken Mac was runny NO CHEESE AT ALL. The chicken was tough. Our server had at least 5 tables and ours, and we had 7 people. They need more help. Our server was very nice so we tipped well its not her fault. I hope it gets better we will be back."
"The food was okay. The fries were cold. We asked for an alcoholic drink that never came and it had to be removed from the tab. All in all either the restaurant is understaffed or the server was not able to keep up. Not sure if I would go there again. I live out of state and was in town for a few days. I don't expect perfection but the food has to be hot to enjoy. The fries went yo waste and I had to settle for water. This is an honest review."
"The food was amazing, like always, I love Applebee's. It is literally my favorite restaurant, but when I went today with my family, I felt discriminated against because my husband was in his work clothes and I went in sweats and a sweater... The waiter kept ignoring what I asked. I asked for extra ranch for our salads, ignored extra fries for my son, and we got ignored. I ordered a RED BEER and didn't get the tomato jucie, i had to walk to the bar myself! To top it off, the lady walked right past me and didn't even say sorry! I ordered dessert and asked for extra icing for the Cinnabons to go and got ignored until my father in law asked, and she rolled her eyes at him, then got it after. If you don't like your job, don't be working here! Simple!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again!"
"Overall it was a nice visit. We were seated right away which I didn’t expect since it was a Friday evening. The service was good. The food was good even through it did take a while to get it. We did the 2 for $23 (or something like that) deal."
