Sam's Club

"I got a Sam's club membership because I moved closer to one than I was to a Costco. I tried to get gas today, sat in line 15 minutes just to get up and not have my app work, messed with it multiple times and couldn't get it to connect to the pump and no attendant around. This will be my first and last time at a Sam's club. It's fine if you want to make it work a certain way, but make sure it works that way."

"Pick up orders couldn't have been any slower. I would have been better off shopping in my own. Pathetic.. Update: I relieved a response to the review before my food Update2: did pick up again Update3: placed an pickup order and wasn't ready so I contacted live chat and there was an error apparently. Bernadette said she fixed it and it would be ready today. It was not ready today. I called my local store and they said maybe it would be ready tomorrow. Why am I scheduling a pick up time and wasting so much time with you sams club. I will be switching to Costco"

"Definitely busy because of being a procrastinator and doing my last minute shopping on Christmas Eve but a worker was nice enough to stop us as soon as we got in line and informed us about the app. You can scan everything from your phone through the app, pay with your card and be out the door. Which we did and were gone in five minutes, rather than waiting twenty minutes (at least) in line. Pretty easy process for waiting until the last minute!"

"Honestly, just save your mentality and don't come here. This place ruins my mood faster than the DMV! I waited outside for a pickup order for over an hour! I went inside multiple times to try and get my items and they just kept saying they were coming. The last time I went inside, I saw my order, and they still took over twenty additional minutes to get outside to me. I absolutely despise this place. It has done nothing but go downhill and I'm cancelling my membership because this isn't even remotely worth it. I'm going to Costco!"

"This place definitely is getting worse. The last couple of months, we haven't noticed how trashy this Sam's Club is. You can't even have a good shopping experience because there is trash around the club. Like what is management doing with this club. They need to find a good store manager. My wife asked an associates to help her to find the trash bags, and she sent her to the other side of the store where we couldn't find it. The associate instead of helping us to find the product she was eating while talking to other associate. I think the name of the associate was levea, she was really rude. Of she was like that with us, i imagine how she is with other poeple. They need to train their employees properly. Definitely we are going to another Sam's club. I don't recommend this location to anyone."
