"It took a week, but Mr. Gomez and his manager approved my exchange request after the original recliner I purchased was of no comfort after spinal fusion. I am beyond satisfied and had been from the initial shopping experience in the store and now that all is made right, it's Living Spaces for life. Quality products, great staff and the human touch was the icing on the cake. Buy the Purple Mattress, so worth the investment and I can attest after spinal fusion surgery, it is a game changer."

"If I could give this place negative ZERO I would, do not buy from this place. The purchase process from start to finish was awful! We waited over a month and a half to get our furniture shipped to us. Then when it arrived there was scratches, dings.. Not to mention our dresser was refurbished!!!!!! They sent us a dresser that had a chunk of the wood cut out, replaced with glue, and painted over!!!! Pictures attached! Used and rejected furniture by another buyer and sent to us for full price!!! They sale pitch you to purchase the warranty it’s a SCAM!!!!! They won’t replace your furniture they just send someone to your house to “repair the items.” Putting glue and spraying the furniture with paint, looking more awful than before!! The repair man wouldn’t touch our dresser telling us it had already been repaired. So we paid full price for USED FURNITURE!!!!!!!! They agreed to replace it, and are now telling us that our bedroom set is out of stock and won’t be restocked. Now we are stuck with a bed and two nightstand’s that won’t match our new furniture. Again beware of this place this will be the first and last purchase from here EVER!!!!!! GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE GARBAGE PRODUCT!!!! UPDATE: 12/27 our replacement furniture arrived more damaged than the first set. They “forgot” our bed and nightstand. This place is an absolute joke! I’m headed to the store to get a complete refund and I’ll be purchasing from American!"

"Friendly staff walking in and around the store. Lots of variety of furniture and mattresses. When to the check out counter and there was only one person working and she was chatting with someone. Then instead of helping me she told me she would be back…. She took so long and I decided not purchase anything."

"Love the store. they have some really great quality items and a beautiful selection. We purchased 2 items. They were a bit price, BUT, they are hand made and if there is ever a problem that WE created (water ring for example) they will send someone to fix it!. This isn’t cheap AFW stuff. This is HIGH quality furniture that will last you a life time, and even so, is very reasonable in cost considering all of this."

"Very cool place to shop for furniture and get ideas. Had tons to look at, friendly employees, snack shop & bar, place for kids to play while you shop, and more. My favorite part was probably the small house setups. There were 4 of them and set to different aesthetics to give you decoration inspiration. Most prices were fair, a little more on the pricey side though. Overall fun place, worth checking out."
