Red Lobster

"It was my birthday today, we had incredible service from Kameron, See him if you want amazing service!! He's a great server, food was incredible too. If you don't like Brussel sprouts, try there's cuz i hate normal ones and i cant get enough of there's! Amazing!!!"

"So what made this whole experience was definitely the service my calamari came out a little later than the rest of the friends I was with so they ended up picking up my tab on my dinner and as far as everything else went the food came out really fast we were there about 7:30pm on a Friday night it wasn’t busy at all . And my only complaint is that it’s super dark in here and I could barely see if front of me . Other than that it was a nice evening ."

"The service was good. The cheddar biscuits are always delicious. I ordered the surf and turf. My steak had to be sent back to the kitchen. It was under cooked. When it came back it was dry and shriveled up. I'm not exactly sure what they did to it. We hadn't been there in years. Probably won't go back for a while."

"My roommate and I went out to dinner here tonight because I was hoping it would be better than the other red lobster further south on Wadsworth, everything started out pretty good we were greeted by the hostess and seated at a booth. We looked over our menus and our server came and took our drink orders and we had water, she brought our drinks with fresh hot biscuits. We ordered the Dragon Calamari appetizer and I had the admiral’s feast with orzo rice and French fries and my roommate ordered the endless shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes, the calamari was good and we both enjoyed it (not to spicy), our entrees came and our server asked if we needed anything else and we politely told her we were good. That was the last time we saw our server, my rice was lukewarm and my roommate’s potatoes were cold, my entree was actually pretty good as the food was hot, we never got our waters refilled and my roommate was never asked if he wanted more shrimp, our server never checked back and asked if everything was ok. Don’t get me wrong our server was very friendly and polite, but missed the mark on the rest of our experience. The inside of the restaurant needs some serious attention, the glass inside was dirty and spotty with something, the kiosk that you pay had ketchup or something splattered all over it, our table had dried crusty stuff on it and it’s extremely outdated. The outside was nice, parking lot could have been cleared better due to the recent heavy snowfall. Also the prices are steep for a chain restaurant, we probably won’t do Red Lobster here again. But if you want seafood you can probably find better, was not overly impressed."
