Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"Power was out in our area due to the heavy snow. A neighbor and myself decided to go somewhere and get some dinner. This particular Red Robin was open. We went inside and probably stood there for 10 minutes. Not one single employee acknowledged that we were even there. They would walk right by us and not even look at us. They didn't say they were understaffed or anything. I would have understood if they said they were understaffed or they were having a problem. But they 100% ignored us completely. Not a single word. I'll never go back and neither will my neighbor. Or anybody else that lives in our complex. A simple weird slammed or we are short staffed or anything would have been sufficient. But nothing. We went down the road and the next restaurant greeted us like a restaurant should. I will never go to a red robin again. Horrible staff horrible service"

"Red Robin is one of our favorite places to grab a bite whenever we decide to go out. After a day at the casino's we wanted to grab some dinner. This place is in a perfect location right off of I-70 and Colfax. We stopped by around 6 pm and parking was available even though it was busy. We were sat right away. Our waitress was very sweet and was always attentive to us. I was wondering if they offered a gluten-free menu and both the waitress and manager helped me with the electronic version to find one. I really did appreciate both of them for going out of their way to help me. I would come back ."

"The waitress (sadly can't remember her name) was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we were good and kept a smile the whole time. Haven't been to a Red Robin in YEARS! But because of my pleasant experience I plan on coming back soon!"

"I visit this location frequently and always enjoy my meal. This time was no exception. But, the past several times I've been in, I wasn't happy with the cleanliness and atmosphere in the bar area. Hopefully this will help as I believe there is room for improvement. I always sit at the bar and order my go-to burger. Not sure why, but lately the employees have claimed the space behind the bar as personal space. This last time, there were bags of chips, big gulp cups, personal items, etc laying out on the counter. Also, for a good 30minutes, the employee was chowing down on one bag of chips/candy after another while standing behind the bar. And get this - she licked her fingers consistently throughout that time but did not wash her hands. I've never been in a restaurant where the person waiting on me had food in their hands, looks over in my direction to ask if I needed anything, and then went ahead and kept eating. I would think this is against health codes and certainly someone licking their fingers and then handing things off to others/customers would not be acceptable. Also, don't employees have an area where they can put their personal items and isn't there a policy that says employees should not be eating in front of customers? I do love the food at Red Robin and will go back again to give it a try. I do hope that there is a vast improvement in meeting health codes."

"So this was a birthday dinner and there was about 10 of us. Half of us as per usual demeanor were late. So we had to order drinks and bottomless fries right away because the first half of us that were on time had babies who needed to eat right away and a person Who needs to eat because of a medical condition. The waitress was very understanding on that and was able to get us going right away. When our other part of the group was still nowhere to be seen we ordered and then they showed and the waitress was really accommodating on that. The food was great and the waitress was very on top of everything. Always ready with more fries which we ate alot of and food was at our table rather quickly. She also easily handled splitting our bill too."
