"Update: Completely shocked at the way the business handled their response. There are no inaccuracies in my review, they did indeed quote my husband 10,000 dollars of dental work that he did not need. Claiming my review is false while lying in their response is truly "mind-boggling" to me. When I asked them to detail the surprise bill I was met with severe hostility; I told them I specified I only wanted x-rays, procedures, ect. that were going to be covered and could not afford covering the surprise bill they sent, I was told that did not want patients like me in their office who won't pay their bills. They did not talk about payment plan or any other way to remedy the situation, they just wanted their money and wanted it now. I will also add that the surprise bill was sent 5 months after my initial visit, and truly just came out of no where. You talk about my character, but you are part of this community with such greed and contempt in "your heart". Unreal that a business would engage in a public "back and forth" instead of act like a business. EXTREMELY unprofessional. AVOID THIS PRACTICE! I don't think I have had such a terrible experience with a dentist practice before. My husband and I came here because our insurance changed, and we had to switch practices after going to our previous dentist for years. This dentist is like a shady mechanic and is untrustworthy; the way he responds to criticism or critiques on websites like this speaks volumes to his character, just read the way he responds. Very unprofessional. My husband came in and he literally told him that every filling and crown in his mouth was bad, and everything needed to be replaced, quoted him 10,000 dollars. He had seen multiple dentists in the previous practice with the last visit being six months prior and no one commented like this. He ended up paying out of pocket for another opinion and that dentist said he did have several cavities that needed filling but that the rest of the work was fine. When I was seen he told me the filling I just received 6 months prior was also done "wrong" and needed to be replaced. In addition to all this bad practice, I received a bill 5 months after my original appointment even though my insurance covers x-rays, cleaning, and an exam twice a year. I told them I had x-rays from six months ago, but they said they needed updated ones, including a panorama and assured me it would be covered. They did not get reimbursed what they wanted and came after me to get more money months after the original bill. When I called to clear things up, I was met with severe hostility and told it was too bad because I signed all the paperwork. I am sure if they comment on this post, they will just say I am disgruntled, but I would not risk coming here. There are plenty of dentists to choose from, save yourself a nightmare and go to someone else. I am pretty sure the reason they have so many good reviews on google is that they were giving a special offer to leave 5 star google reviews, just go read the reviews on yelp, they are much more accurate."

"Dentist Kyle, receptionist Allie, hygienist Nikki, and the assistant whose name I didn’t catch — all very kind, considerate, gentle, and thorough and capable. It was my first visit after moving here from FL where not only was my house destroyed n hurricane, but I also lost my entire network of medical professionals. It’s really hard to start from zero. But this dental office made me feel so comfortable! It’s a great first step for me. Also, due to cancellations, Allie scheduled me in very quickly."
