"My long-term dentist retired during the pandemic, so I started going to BTDentistry. They talked me into putting a crown on a tooth that had a root canal a decade ago. I was hesitant, but took their advice. Nothing to report for the next year or so, but my LAST visit didn't go well. I was late. Probably about 30 minutes, and that was enough that they refused to clean my teeth. I kinda get that, but It was complex. I've had to wait on them, and that crown above took them three tries. I didn't complain then - flexibility is sometimes necessary. They refused to accommodate me. No cleaning, but they did X-Rays and exam. Dr. Schook said I had three cavities and needed a crown. Now that seemed unlikely. I still needed to get a cleaning so opted to go somewhere else (with my X-Rays). The other dentist, close to retirement, examined me and reviewed my X-Rays. He said there were no issues. I also asked a retired dentist-friend to take a look at the X-Rays and he said they looked fine. All three asked about any sensitivities, and I told all three that I had none. I think the dentists at BTDentistry are way over their head. Too big of an office - too many staff - too many bills. Bad customer service."
