"This place is garbage. Orders in drive thru got to the window, tried to give me the wrong order, then I got my order drove home and not een close. Careless and indifferent. I guess this the normal service we get now days."
"Don't bother trying to order online or through the app for here. They will randomly cancel orders on you, and then will ignore you when you try to contact them to figure out what happened. My card still has the charge on it for the food I never received and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to resolve it given how unresponsive they are. Don't waste your time or money."
"Staff was friendly, food was good. Very cold day and the teriyaki bowl warmed me up good! The egg roll was just a tad over done but still good. Chicken sandwich was good, left with four tacos to go."
"I normally do NOT eat Jack in the box so take my review with a grain of salt. I ordered a classic crispy chicken wrap, curly fries and Peace tea. My hubby had a burger on sourdough. The food was edible, I was hungry so I ate it but it was bad. The wrap looked like it was a child sized and so did my husbands burger. I normally take pics of food but felt it was a waste of time. The fries were ok and a good portion. Maybe it's me but no thank you, not eating at Jack in the box again."
"Do not eat here!!!! My roommate didn’t see the mold until they were half way through their burger, it was all over the bottom bun! We both work in food service and are very lenient about things, but this is dangerous! Then we called to tell the workers and the guy on the phone laughed and hung up on us… please, this is not something to take lightly."
