"Did anyone notice that unless you tell maker of your smoothie not to add an extra sweetener -- you'll get it some dumped in. Gross! Not sure if it's sugar or stevia? But makes the smoothie taste artificial."
"First off waiting in a drive thru for more than 10 minutes is absurd let alone for a smoothie…. Every single time I go to tropical smoothie I wait over 10 minutes regardless if I go in or go through the drive thru. Second of all , I am vegetarian and ordered the veggie hummus wrap and there was chicken in my wrap….NOT OKAY!!!! The management needs to step it up with constantly checking the drive thru times to make sure they’re at an appropriate time. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make a smoothie …. Do better ."
"I've been waiting at the window for one smoothie for fifteen minutes now. There was only one car ahead of me total of half an hour wait. Don't think I'll be back. Oh, and let's not forget he asked for a tip."
"Kind of ridiculous to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru for a smoothie and quesadilla. There was not a designated person working the drive thru window and still had to wait for someone to collect our payment. They seemed to only care about the in-restaurant orders more than drive-thru. Workers weren’t very sincere either."
"Place was great. Service was exceptional by Idania and Kennedy and I was actually able to get a smoothie with no sugar that tasted good (acai Berry). I'm sure from fruit but it's hard to find a decent smoothie that isn't too sweet. The peanut butter banana crunch flatbread was a great little snack too on the side. Overall great experience."
