"(night shift) 1/31/24 - New to jersey mikes’s never been before. First walked in no greating’s, just stares from the behind the counter. still continue to ordered and when it came to toppings the young girl was very quiet, couldn’t hear anything she was saying, wasn’t fimiliar with the “Jersey’s way” she continued with a attitude to tell me the ingredients that would include was very rude no communication skills very unprofessional the whole staff!!!!! My daughter fell off the chair and employees were laughing at a 4yr old very unprofessional behavior!!!Will never return to this location agian!!!!!!"

"Awesome New Jersey Mikes! As soon as you walk in the friendly staff greets you and answers any questions you have about the menu. The place is spotless clean and a happy environment! Hard to pick between hot or cold subs but both are delicious! We will be coming here often and also using them for catering our events!"
"Shawn, the owner, is FANTASTIC. I can’t recommend this location enough! Shawn made sure my order was gluten free, as I’ve had mix ups and other Jersey mikes locations. I ordered a giant sub and got home and realized it was just a regular. I called the store and told them I didn’t get the giant and Shawn brought the other half of my sandwich to my HOUSE! Thank you for the great customer service. I will be returning!"
