"This store is best well kept Popeyes I've visited in a long time. All the staff smiling , polite while being productive and proficient! The snack I got was good value ,fresh , and yummy."

"Ordered the 5 pc chicken tender meal LARGE. They messed up my order and gave me a small fry that was halfway full only had about 10 fries inside the tiny bag. I went back and the lady at the window named JENNY was very rude and hostile about the situation.What makes me upset the most is how nice and respectful I was and they were really rude. Food was very cold and you can clearly see through the windown all the employees just laughing and mocking the whole situation. I decided to give poppeys a chance after the last time I came and things just seem to get worse. They never have ranch sauce and food is never fresh. Lady named Jenny was very rude. I'm surprised this place is still opened."

"Came to this location of Popeyes in Thornton, just off Interstate 25 and East 144th Avenue, on a late afternoon. Wasn't very crowded and had the whole place to ourselves. The food came out very quickly and was good - the chicken tenders were hot and crispy on the outside, soft and juicy in the inside, and the chicken sandwich was very good too. Service was friendly. The restaurant has a nice, welcoming, Cajun-themed decor, clean and brightly lit. Lots of seating, with plenty of parking outside. I recommend this location, when compared to other locations in/around Denver."

"Made an order through the app an hour before closing. Went through drive thru, I was the first car when I arrived. They made me park, and wait even though I pre ordered. The car that was behind me got their order first. Looks like they gave me all the left overs of the night. Shrimp looks like it’s been sitting out for a long time, looks double fried in old oil. i ordered nuggets for my daughter and instead got RIPPED up chicken tenders. And they left out the drinks. Not good at all. I waited in the parking lot for a while, decided to go back though drive thru and I see them gathered around in a circle talking amongst themselves while I’m sitting in my car late at night waiting for my order in the parking lot. I really don’t like this location. It’s a NEW location too so, what’s going on with management?? The amount of time I spent waiting for my food does not equal what I received. Old, hard food that took 20 mins."

"This is my first time at this location after they opened. Comparing with McDonald's and KFC their chicken sandwich is better and has a big chicken patty. However the service was not that great. We had to wait a long time in the counter and do all kinds of actions to get their attention. There is only one guy at the register who is taking orders and packing things up. I was keeping my eye on the screen and no one was in the drive through either. I felt the employees are very ignorant. Doesn't care about serving."
