"Used to love this car wash. Now….meh. The time for the self wash keeps decreasing. I barely have time to clean my truck, even with just the basics. Something is always broken. Prices increasing and quality decreasing."
"It does a fine car wash but every time we come here one of the 3 self-serve washes are ALWAYS down. The lines are always super long. If the 3rd one was working I doubt the lines would be out of the driveway. We only come here because side of my husbands work."
"I utilized a promo to try this car wash for the first time. (And let me tell you…I live for a good car wash so I was stoked!) I elected for the top automatic wash and my vehicle came out fairly clean. No complaints. But then I got to the vacuums (my favorite part), paid my dollar and was sadly disappointed. There was little-to-no suction. Usually I’m running around the car to make sure I utilize every second to hit all the areas of my car. But I ended up hanging this up after about 30 seconds and watching it just push things around. I don’t think I’ll be back. If I had paid the full price for the wash ($25) I’d be unhappy. But in the end, if I can’t wash my car and vacuum it adequately at the same place, it’s not very efficient for me."
"Price increase for less quality. I've been coming here for over 6 years and the quality is declining while the price is climbing. It definitely doesn't dry the way it used to. My car is still dripping afterward. It also just doesn't clean as well. My back window was still dirty. For $18 (the second cheapest option) I expect better, not worse."
