"This company and service providers suck. I was charged $400 the first week because the unit was faulty and lockouts. Was told it would be refunded and it wasn't. Paid the early termination fee on a contract that was never signed. Cancelled my card because I suspected they would continue charging me which they did even though I paid to cancel the service. C.O.M. interlock is a greedy bas**rd as well. Go to SmartStart."
