"Kids here don't listen to your order. Always ask for easy ice and extra sauce, theyll just give you no sauce and your drink is about 90% ice anyways. Probably won't get straws or napkins either. Special diet request will be ignored. Expect stupid high schooler quality when you eat here, these kids ain't going nowhere with the kind of work ethic shown."
"Ordered 2 Caniac combos thru drive thru. Got home to find out the strips are now nuggets. This has gotten ridiculous post pandemic, but still charge $17 bucks. Quantity and Quality on downward spiral. Just another favorite to delete off the list for fast food."
"This people are as greedy as the rest of those who don’t care on a good customer service, trying to charge me $.25 for a water coup with the excuse that it’s foam cup, but what this Idiots don’t know is that we have been in many other Kane chickens and when we ask about a water cup we get it for free. The whole idea about this young girl general manager, puppet of the owner or the store manager wants to push a liberal idea about changing you for a water cup is nothing more than greed and stupidity. So what this employee is costing the restaurant at the end of the day for trying to charged me .25 for a cup when it should be free specially if I did expended $18.00 on a meal, is nothing else that not coming back to this place and raising my voice to others so people understand that this specific location lacks of good customer service and instead the want you to pay for a stupid water cup. She should be more worried about keeping the restrooms clean, the tables clean and making sure the food is coming out in time."

"Tenders were moist and crunchy. Tasted bland. With Canes sauce they're great. Tables were filthy, not being busy or during a rush I'd expect them to be clean."
