"Waited about 30 minutes for my take out order to be made, which was fine.. You get busy, I get it.. I ordered a Large bowl and they gave me a small bowl. The girl handing out orders seemed mad and was rude when i walked up to grab the bag.. After the wait and the attitude, they can keep the money I paid for the upgrade.. this experience completely ruined this specific Tokyo Joe's for me. 100%. That was a $20 lesson learned.. I should have never tipped."
"Always great, love the General Joe's with brown rice and i order poke bowl often. Great food but limited hours. They close really early since the pandemic."
"Walked in 15 minutes after opening, only 1 other person ahead of my husband and I. Ordered to go. everything was right on the register, read to me out loud correctly. Proceeded to wait almost 25 minutes for the food. Drove all the way home to discover my husband's order was fine, but mine completely wrong. Nothing I asked for was on it. Got the rice and chicken right. I asked for spinach, sweet onion, water chestnuts. Instead had broccoli, carrots, peas and lima beans. So disappointed, especially when we paid 30 bucks for 2 bowls."
"Not sure what’s going on here. There’s literally no veggies in one of the bowls the other has a million edamame and the egg is supposed to be scrambled. It looks like my egg is green and maybe like half of an egg. For paying almost $30 for this it’s not good quality at all."
